Schmidt Marketing branched out into the wine business in 2012, specialising in retail, e-commerce and trade business. Featuring an exquisite collection of fine, organic and biodynamic wines and liquors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and beyond, we strive to offer something for everyone. 

This division was first established to meet the diverse tastes of Hong Kong wine connoisseurs, particularly by introducing high quality wines from Europe’s German-speaking wine regions  - Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Following the success of the retail outlet, Schmidt Vinothek, in Hong Kong, the group expanded its wine business to Vietnam, opening its first retail outlet in Hanoi in 2014.

The business has since vastly expanded its wine portfolio and represents regions to cater to a variety of establishments in the hotel, restaurant, bar and club industries, as well as selling directly to customers through our retail and e-commerce shops.
