The Schmidt Group was established in 1896 in Tokyo, Japan, operating across Asia for many decades as a leading distribution company in the fields of electronics and healthcare. Halfway through the 20th Century, the company relocated its headquarters to Hong Kong, where it has since remained.
After continued expansion and success, the company branched out into lifestyle and consumer products across a variety of sectors, including photography, wine and liquors, bags and cosmetics pouches.
